At the Diversity Evening 2024, Prof. Dr. Francesca Biagini, Vice President for International Affairs and Diversity, invited numerous LMU members and interested guests to discuss the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in terms of inclusion and participation. Prof. Barbara Plank, Prof. Peter Zentel and Dr. Benjamin Lange joined Vice President Biagini to shed light on the potential and risks involved.
The event emphasized the importance of science in shaping a more inclusive future and demonstrated the LMU community's commitment to negotiating and shaping technological progress in this sense.
Pianist Quirin Vogel accompanied the evening musically with his improvisations on the grand piano.
We look forward to further events and a continuation of this stimulating format.
